Real estate Leasing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Head Retail Leasing who can lead the leasing team end-to-end, drive closures, and manage relationships with brands, landlords, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the retail leasing team to achieve targets

Identify and source suitable retail properties for brands

Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients and landlords

Negotiate commercial lease terms and close transactions

Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brand BD teams

Oversee deal documentation and ensure smooth closure

Hands-on experience in retail leasing and market sourcing
