Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Analyst. The primary responsibilities include conducting detailed financial feasibility, preparing investment memos and presentations and execute investment documentation.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Real Estate Market Evaluation and Feasibility Studies
• Strong communication, Reporting, and Presentation abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Sound knowledge of financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Relevant work experience in real estate or financial analysis is preferred
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
