Real Estate Inventory Management Executive

Role Description The Real Estate Inventory Management Executive will oversee day-to-day management of property inventory, including tracking availability, updating listings, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of real property assets, monitoring sales and leasing status, and ensuring timely updates across internal systems and client-facing platforms. The role involves regular interaction with clients and stakeholders to provide clear information on property options, status, and documentation, while supporting sales and advisory activities with reliable inventory data. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the local team and occasional visits to properties for verification and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends and asset documentation.
• Experience in Real Estate Development and project coordination related to property inventory.
• Proven Sales skills and ability to support sales teams with accurate, timely inventory information.
• Solid Customer Service capabilities to respond to client queries and provide clear, professional communication.
• Attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel or other inventory/CRM tools, and ability to maintain organized records.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in real estate operations or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, integrity in handling sensitive information, and commitment to transparent, process-driven work.
