Next Step HR is hiring for a fast-growing real estate development company working on redevelopment and urban transformation projects in Mumbai. The intern will support senior team members in research, documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market and project research
• Support documentation and reporting
• Prepare presentations and data sheets
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors
• Support site visits and tracking

Requirements

• Student / Recent graduate in a Top Tier MBA / Finance / Architecture / Business
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication
• Interest in real estate development
• Willingness to learn
