The Role

You'll be the first voice our leads hear. Your job is simple to describe and hard to master: call leads, build rapport in the first 30 seconds, qualify their intent, and book the appointment. You are not selling homes — you are opening doors for the agents who do. If you can hold a real conversation and read what someone actually needs without a script, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Make 150–200 outbound dials per day to internet leads, past clients, and sphere-of-influence contacts
  • Respond to inbound leads within 2 minutes — speed wins deals
  • Qualify buyers and sellers on the four essentials: timeline, motivation, financing, and location
  • Book appointments directly onto agents calendars
  • Manage every lead inside Follow Up Boss with detailed notes and tagged follow-ups
  • Run long-term nurture sequences for leads that aren't ready today
  • Report your numbers daily: dials, talk time, conversations, appointments set
Who You Are
  • Fluent English — clear, neutral accent, conversational on the phone
  • Naturally intuitive — you read tone, hesitation, and what someone isn't saying
  • Conversational, not scripted — you can hold a 10-minute call without sounding like a robot
  • Resilient — you've heard no 50 times today and you're still showing up for call #51
  • Coachable — you take feedback, apply it the same day, and come back asking for more
  • Tech-comfortable — CRMs, power dialers, Google Workspace, Slack
  • Reliable workspace — quiet environment, stable high-speed internet, working headset and webcam
Bonus Points
  • Prior phone sales experience (real estate, insurance, BPO, telecom, B2B SaaS)
  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of the North American real estate market
Performance Targets

By month three, a successful ISA on our team is hitting:

  • 150+ daily dials
  • 2+ hours of talk time per day
  • 8–12 qualified appointments booked per week
  • 70%+ appointment show rate
Compensation

Base pay plus performance bonuses tied to:

  • A closed-deal bonus when your leads turn into commission

We pay for performance, not seat-time. Top ISAs significantly outearn the base.

Schedule

Full-time, Weekday, Weekends and Evenings, aligned with Calgary business hours (Mountain Time).
