Job Description

• Develop a sound understanding of Real Estate Private Equity fund operations, quarterly reporting, financial systems, and data sources.
• Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Perform cash, position, and trade reconciliations across Hedge or Mutual Funds.
• Calculate and review IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Time-Weighted Return (TWR), and Leverage Ratios for Real Estate funds.
• Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports, Performance Summaries, and Management Fee calculations.
• Handle audit confirmations and resolve auditor queries effectively.
• Manage Salesforce for investor onboarding, tracking tickets, and maintaining updates.
• Respond to LP (Limited Partner) inquiries and manage the investor mailbox daily.
• Support ad-hoc requests and assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of Fund Accounting / Investor Reporting processes

Hands-on experience in Cash, Position, and Trade Reconciliation

Knowledge of IRR, TWR, and Leverage Ratio calculations

Exposure to Real Estate / Hedge / Mutual Fund operations

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
