Real Estate Executive

PADMAKSHI PROPERTIES, an established Real Estate Broking and Consultancy firm invites applications for the position of Real Estate Executive at its Mumbai (Nariman Point) office. Emoluments would be in line with domain knowledge and experience, and would be performance-linked.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for an extroverted, high-energy Real Estate Executive with a Sales / Marketing background who enjoys meeting people, being on the field, prospecting for buyers and sellers, matching their needs, building and maintaining relationships with developers, and having the ability to independently close deals.

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Real Estate broking, and having independently transacted and successfully concluded deals in respect of both outright and rental deals.
• Should be well-versed in sourcing properties for potential clients in both the Primary as well as the secondary market.
• Should have a basic understanding of the prevalent property laws and taxation implications of property deals.
• Candidates would be required to put in intensive field work, actively network at developer events, provide service to prospective clients, and should have the ability to negotiate to conclude lease as well as buy/sell transactions.
• Should have RERA certification.
