Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare MIS reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
25 years of sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
