Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi for a Real Estate Digital Business Development & Marketing Executive. The role involves daily client acquisition and lead generation through telecalling, client follow-ups, managing existing databases, and building broker and channel partner networks. The Executive will run daily WhatsApp and bulk marketing campaigns, manage client databases, create email newsletters, and execute corporate outreach emails. The position includes managing LinkedIn with daily posts on industrial land, warehousing, commercial real estate, investment opportunities, and Gujarat/Mumbai market updates. The role also covers real estate portal management, Instagram reels, basic video editing, CRM updates, and daily reporting, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut to optimize content and outreach.
Qualifications
  • Experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in Real Estate or Real Estate Development.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and relationship-building with buyers, investors, and channel partners.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with exposure to Sales and Real Property transactions, documentation, or advisory.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with proven ability in telecalling, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and LinkedIn management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms: Real Estate India portals, LinkedIn, Instagram (reels), CRM tools, and basic video editing.
  • Working knowledge of AI and design tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to manage databases, update CRM systems, and provide daily activity reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
