Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property valuations, and negotiating terms. The role also includes providing guidance and support to clients, staying updated on property market trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards when managing transactions or agreements.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
- Capability to provide Training to clients or teammates on relevant real estate processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide informed insights
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the local property market in Hyderabad is an advantage
