Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring the Real Estate Consultant to operate primarily in Chennai while offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The consultant is responsible for identifying and analyzing property opportunities, conducting market research, facilitating property transactions, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role also includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating deals, and ensuring client success through expert advisory services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate, including property market knowledge and trends
• Strong Sales abilities and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in Real Property management and investment advisory
• Effective Negotiation skills to manage and close property deals successfully
• Experience in Training junior team members or clients on real estate insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client trust
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing fieldwork and remote tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
