This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division for a Real Estate Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs, conduct detailed market research, and offer personalized property advice. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating property transactions, and managing end-to-end sales processes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs to continuously enhance your industry expertise.

• Knowledge and understanding of Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniques
• Ability to provide client-focused solutions and personalized guidance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo Training and adapt to market trends
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in real estate consulting or a related domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
