Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bengaluru. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, assist in shortlisting and suggesting properties, and guide them throughout the purchasing or investment process. Key tasks include managing client relationships, conducting property site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining a high level of transparency and professionalism. Consultants will also stay updated on market trends to offer informed advice and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property consulting
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Capability to offer guidance, including Training clients on the buying and investment process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in real estate consulting or sales roles
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
