Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing clients with personalized property consultations, negotiating property deals, and assisting in the buying or investment process. The role involves staying updated on local real estate trends, conducting site visits, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with builders and developers to access optimal property deals and offer customized solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate, Real Property, and knowledge of market dynamics
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to secure optimal deals for clients
• Experience in Training clients and stakeholders on the property buying or investment process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in the real estate or consulting industry is preferred
