Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate project evaluation, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
- In-depth understanding of DCPR 2034 and its implications for real estate development in Mumbai. Knowledge of financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, ROI, and DCF analysis.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify key trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in analysis and reporting.
