This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Pune. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, researching real estate market trends, and providing training or guidance to clients as needed. The consultant will also work closely with the sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

• Proficient knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in providing property-related Training to clients or team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
• Relevant certifications or academic background in real estate or business management is a plus
