• Promote and sell plots in our prime projects around Hyderabad.
• Identify and engage with potential buyers, providing them with information about available plots.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our projects.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to effectively position our projects.

Qualifications:

• Anyone can join, Valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and real estate.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is a plus.
