Job Description


Role Description This is an on-site Real Estate Consultant contract role based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will work closely with builders, developers, and prospective buyers to present verified properties, conduct site visits, and facilitate the end-to-end sales process. Daily activities include generating and following up on leads, understanding client needs and budgets, showcasing appropriate properties, and providing accurate information on pricing, features, and legal aspects. The role also involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. The consultant may support training sessions or briefings for new agents or channel partners, ensuring alignment with GruhaShree's processes and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and regulatory basics.
  • Proven Sales abilities with experience in lead generation, client conversion, and target achievement.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to handle pricing discussions, offers, and closing terms.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring peers, channel partners, or junior team members is an advantage.
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Prior experience as a real estate consultant, agent, or broker is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
