Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, coordinating property visits, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance to clients regarding real estate investments or property decisions. The role also involves promoting available properties, managing client relationships, and staying aware of market trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Real Estate sector and understanding of Real Property regulations
- Proven Sales and Negotiation skills
- Ability to guide clients and provide Training related to real estate options
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and evaluate property values effectively
- Prior experience in real estate consultancy or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred)
