Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. The role involves providing market research, negotiating deals, developing sales strategies, and conducting property inspections. Additionally, the consultant will guide clients through the property transaction process and ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property concepts
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to meet targets and drive business growth
- Excellent Negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions
- Experience in Training clients or team members on processes or strategies is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trustworthy relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
