Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales professional. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing real estate opportunities, connecting with prospective buyers and investors, and presenting properties that align with clients needs. Other tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, assisting with documentation, and staying updated on market trends to provide accurate recommendations to clients.

  • 5 days working
  • Quarterly Appraisal
  • 15% commission from profit

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate market, to be able to train effectively
  • Track record of having handles a team of 7-10 members with continuous target Overshooting
  • Have grown at-least 2 levels in the previous organisation
  • Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions, with a proven ability to meet targets
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to market changes and work effectively as a Team Manager
