About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Real Estate division.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams,
driving data-driven decision-making across residential, commercial, and mixed-use development
projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis for residential,
commercial, and retail real estate segments across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India
- Analyze property market trends, pricing dynamics, demand-supply gaps, and investment
opportunities using data from sources like PropTiger, MagicBricks, RERA portals, and
government land records
- Develop financial models for project feasibility, ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and
sensitivity analysis for real estate investments
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies,
inventory management, and customer acquisition channels
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications,
and process flow diagrams for CRM, ERP, and PropTech implementations
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as sales velocity,
conversion rates, and project profitability
- Support due diligence processes for land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic
partnerships
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, GST implications, and other statutory
requirements in project documentation and reporting .
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- MBA / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or
Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 34 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in real estate, construction, or
related industries
- Proven track record of working on residential or commercial real estate projects in the
Indian market
- Experience with RERA compliance, land acquisition processes, and real estate financing
is advantageous
- Technical Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools will be a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, LeadSquared) and ERP solutions (SAP,
Oracle), Zoho CRM.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams
