Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Noida. The Real Estate Broker will source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal considerations related to real property, as well as preparing and reviewing documentation in coordination with the firm's legal team. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and firm policies. The broker will collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to provide integrated legal and real estate services, while maintaining accurate records and regularly updating internal systems and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including local market knowledge and familiarity with property laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated Brokerage and Sales skills, with a track record of closing transactions and negotiating favorable terms for clients.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Relevant real estate license or registration as required by local regulations, with clean professional standing.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain legal and real estate concepts in plain language.
• Proficiency with basic real estate and office software (CRM tools, listing platforms, MS Office or equivalent).
• Prior experience working with or within law firms, financial institutions, or property consultancies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
