Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Associate, based in the Pune Division. The role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing real estate properties, managing property transactions, and providing consultation services. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, presenting property options, liaising with developers, and facilitating lease and sales agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leases and Real Estate Transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices and processes
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Outstanding customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with Pune Division property market is a plus
