Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedReal Estate Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, property showings, follow-ups, and closing deals. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire potential clients through calls, site visits, and referrals
  • Present and promote available properties to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Conduct property showings and explain project details clearly
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain updated records of inventory, client interactions, and follow-ups
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Participate in property events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market (preferred)
  • Ability to handle fieldwork and property visits
  • Good presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Qualifications
  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or customer handling (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
