Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants. The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week: 40
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible within client's business hours | Eastern Standard Time

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate investment opportunities
- Qualify leads, assess their needs, and schedule appointments with sales consultants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and ensure timely communication
- Utilize VOIP systems efficiently to manage daily call volumes
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers
- General lead nurturing and admin duties to ensure each lead is maximized
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting within the real estate industry (required)
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using VOIP systems for outbound calls
- Proficiency with CRM tools for lead tracking and management
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
