Role Description

This is an internship role for a Real Estate Analyst, based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model that allows a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence on real estate investment opportunities, performing real estate appraisals, and assisting in investment strategy development. The intern will also work on creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, adding value to decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex datasets and deriving actionable insights
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments with the ability to analyze market trends and investment performance
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
• Interest in or experience with the education sector is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
