Job Description

The Green Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to handle sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive property sales in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with potential clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
  • Manage leads for real estate projects.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends and property details.
  • Find out new inventory and update from time to time.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram.
  • Ability to handle clients and close deals effectively.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel and Data Entry
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property markets
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales and Negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is plus.
