The Green Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Manager to handle sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive property sales in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Manage leads for real estate projects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales updates.
- Stay updated with market trends and property details.
- Find out new inventory and update from time to time.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram.
- Ability to handle clients and close deals effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel and Data Entry
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Negotiation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is plus.
