Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing superior customer service, conducting property market analyses, and negotiating deals. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to meet their real estate needs and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships
• Sales skills with experience in negotiation and deal closure
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
