Role: Real Estate Sourcing & Closing Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai & KDMC
Purpose of the Role:
To generate leads, manage client interactions, and drive end-to-end property sales closures in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source leads through Channel Partners, brokers, and direct networks
Handle client queries and conduct site visits
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and clients
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal execution
Track and report daily sales activities and pipeline
Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market
