Real Estate Advisory - Director / Vice President

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Real Estate Advisory team within the Investment Banking Division. The role will play a critical role in delivering strategic advisory services, executing real estate transactions (Private and Capital Market deals), and providing financial analysis for clients in the real estate sector. This role requires strong understanding of real estate, financial modelling skills, market research capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirement:

• Education: MBA/CA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in investment banking – Real Estate Advisory
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.), and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Bloomberg or other financial data platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience of working in real estate, understanding of markets, property types (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, co working, etc), and investment strategies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
