Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Advisor will assist clients with property buying decisions by understanding their requirements, introducing suitable properties, and guiding them through the negotiation and purchase process. The role includes building and nurturing client relationships, staying updated on market trends, conducting regular follow-ups, and assisting with training sessions to enhance the sales team's potential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong Sales skills with experience in Negotiation
- Ability to lead and participate in Training sessions to support team development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
- Understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field
