About The Opportunity
We are hiring within the IT services & software product sector focused on enterprise web applications and customer-facing digital experiences. This on-site role (India) contributes to building high-quality, performant front-end applications used by large user bases across B2B and B2C domains. The team delivers modern, component-driven interfaces and prioritizes accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive React applications and reusable component libraries for complex web products.
- Translate UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end features with backend services via REST APIs and GraphQL, ensuring efficient state management and data flows.
- Optimize application performance, implement code-splitting, lazy loading, and monitor front-end metrics to reduce load and render times.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and backend teams to define requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features on schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience building production applications with React.js
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills
- Experience with Redux or comparable state management libraries
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design patterns
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (branching/PRs)
Preferred
- Experience with Next.js or other React SSR/SSG frameworks
- Experience with GraphQL and client tooling (Apollo, Relay)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and front-end E2E tools
Additional Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience (React preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to code quality and performance
