About The Position
We are looking for a senior developer to join our team. You will be interacting with Support team members as part of their support and enhancement team to help solve their challenging business problems, create innovative solutions, and implement innovative ideas to provide true value to the customer.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend architectures for web and mobile applications
- Build complex user interfaces using React.js and React Native
- Own and evolve state management architecture across applications
- Implement and manage internationalization (i18n) and localization for global products
- Translate product requirements and UX designs into robust, reusable frontend solutions
- Drive frontend best practices around code structure, reusability, and performance
- Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, data flow, and error handling
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility
- Actively participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and sprint planning
Required Technical Skills
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Frontend Development
- Bachelors in Engineering
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TS (frameworks and libraries) and modern JS concepts
- Advanced hands-on experience with React.js along with Async programming concepts
- Solid experience building production-grade mobile apps using React Native
- Strong state management expertise, including:
- Redux / Redux Toolkit
- Context API
- Other state management patterns or libraries
- Deep understanding of component-driven architecture and design systems
- Hands-on experience with i18n/localization frameworks ,multi-language applications and accessibility.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and modern styling approaches
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling async data flows
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and debugging techniques
Frontend Architecture & Ownership Expectations
- Design and maintain frontend architecture standards across projects
- Make informed decisions on libraries, frameworks, and tooling
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability of frontend codebases
- Define and enforce patterns for:
- State management
- Component structure
- Error handling
- Performance optimization
- Proactively identify technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives
- Balance product delivery with long-term architectural health
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
