About Logezy
We're building PayEzy Pro - a premium HR and payroll management SaaS platform for UK businesses. Logezy is an established company in the staffing and workforce management space, and PayEzy Pro is our new premium product line. Think modern UI/UX meets enterprise-grade functionality. We're in active development with a January 2026 kickoff.
What You'll Build
- 5 interconnected modules: Recruit, Onboard, Rota, HR, and Payroll
- Premium, polished user interfaces using our established design system
- Responsive components across 28+ main tabs
- Modern features: drag-and-drop, real-time updates, interactive dashboards
- Integration with UK compliance systems (HMRC, GDPR, DBS)
Tech Stack
Frontend:
- React 18+ / Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Modern UI libraries (Shadcn, Radix)
- State management (Redux/Zustand)
- Form handling (React Hook Form)
Integration:
- RESTful APIs
- Real-time updates
- Third-party services (Stripe, job boards, payroll systems)
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 3+ years React/TypeScript experience
- Strong CSS/Tailwind skills - you care about pixel-perfect design
- Experience building complex, production-ready dashboards
- Clean code practices and component architecture
- Available full-time for 4-6 months starting February
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HR/Payroll/SaaS platforms
- UK compliance knowledge (GDPR, payroll regulations)
- Form-heavy application experience
- Design system implementation
