Must-haves
Experience in building the products from scratch and have direct involvement in scaling it to 100x
Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavascriCoffeeScriptript and front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS
Excellent in data structures, analyzing and solving problems
Understanding of technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Understanding of RESTful APIs Thorough with using Git Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming and MVC Brownie points if you understand prevalent design patterns
Write scalable production level applications Performance optimization, caching techniques is a plus
Understanding of how the web works in general
You can't live without writing beautiful code
Passionate to work in a start-up

UI/UX is the most important thing to you in the world
Knowledge of creating fault-tolerant, extensible, reusable app architecture Good in analyzing and solving problems
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the frontend development and implementation
Coming up with the clear architectural design of the product Documentation: Writing architectural design documents and having them reviewed
Writing Robust, Bug-free code best software engineering practices
Active participation in Code Reviews
Feedback loop - Making sure feedback is taken for the product and implementing of the same
