Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites using React.
- Integrate backend services and APIs with front-end code.
- Collaborate with designers to implement and enhance UI/UX elements.
- Optimize website performance and ensure fast load times.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and devices.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure high search engine rankings.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Maintain version control and ensure code quality through Git.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Document development processes, code changes, and project requirements.
- Support the team in sprints and actively participate in agile methodology.
- Assist in user testing and feedback incorporation for product improvements.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in React and WordPress development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
- Experience with SEO optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Portfolio of previous work is highly desirable.
