Job Description
- Core Focus: End-to-end design, architecture, and feature delivery for React/Next.js web or React Native mobile platforms.
- Experience Required: 3–7 years (general SDE II mobile/frontend benchmark
- Architecture & Ownership: Own end-to-end HLD/LLD (High-Level/Low-Level Design), co-own team technology vision, and build mission-critical features.
- Execution: Build reusable component libraries, optimize rendering/startup performance, memory, and network efficiency.
- Platform/Native Integration: Handle App Store / Play Store deployments, native bridging/modules, push notifications, deep linking, and third-party SDKs.
- Collaboration & Quality: Partner with product, design, and backend teams; drive code/design reviews, unit/integration testing (Jest, Detox/React Native Testing Library).
- Emerging Tech: Drive adoption of AI-assisted dev tools, performance profiling, and modern bundlers/CICD.
- Languages: TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, functional patterns).
- Frontend / Mobile: React, React Native, Next.js (SSR, ISR, API routes), state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX).
- Styling/UI: Tailwind CSS, CSS modules, design tokens.
- Mobile Specific: Native modules/bridging (iOS/Android basics), Firebase, performance profiling tools.
- Infrastructure & Testing: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise), Jest, React Native Testing Library / Detox, Git workflows
