Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React (frontend) and PHP (backend) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on API integrations, XML data handling, mapping solutions, table-based data views, and delivering polished UI/UX.

You will be expected to take end-to-end accountability of tasks, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables in alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development (React)

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js.

• Implement dynamic table views, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Ensure clean UI and seamless user experiences.

• Backend Development (PHP)

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions.

• Work with XML/JSON for data parsing, transformation, and integration.

• Implement secure, scalable backend services.

• Integration & Features

• Integrate third-party APIs and mapping services (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox).

• Ensure compatibility with multiple data formats (REST, XML, SOAP if required).

• Optimize performance across both frontend and backend.

• Collaboration & Accountability

• Own assigned tasks from requirement analysis to deployment.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.

• Document technical solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

• Solid experience with PHP (Laravel/Symfony/CodeIgniter or core PHP).

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, XML data processing, and 3rd party API integration.

• Familiarity with mapping libraries/APIs (Google Maps, Leaflet, Mapbox).

• Experience building complex table/grid views with sorting, filtering, pagination.

• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Good understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and work independently.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with unit testing and automation frameworks.

• Previous experience mentoring or leading small teams.
