Customer is building the future of digital experiences in Canada. As the largest communications company in the country, we're reimagining the URL experience to be fast, personalized, and built on a modern web architecture. That means scalable microfrontends, componentized design systems, and frictionless integrations across our ecosystem.

We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer ReactJS/Microfrontends to help architect and lead the next generation of the website microfrontend platform. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to enable teams across the org to independently build and ship customer experienceswhile preserving a unified feel and platform resilience.

Technical Skill Set

• 8+ years of experience architecting and building modern, scalable frontend applications with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Expert in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), leveraging advanced language features for type safety, modularity, and clean code practices.
• Deep expertise in React ecosystem, including:

Next.js and Remix for SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering strategies.

Advanced React patterns: Hooks, Context API, Custom Hooks, and Concurrent Features.

State management using Redux, useContext, and emerging patterns like React Query for server state.

Microfrontend Architecture:

• Hands-on experience implementing Module Federation with Webpack 5 for dynamic runtime integration of independently deployed microfrontends.
• Designing shared component libraries, cross-app communication strategies, and versioning policies for federated setups.
