The Right Profile
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join our growing Engineering team in India. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of our flagship mobile application. You will build, optimise, and scale secure, high-performance features across our managed portfolios, brokerage, and cash management products, directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of users manage their wealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build new features, simplify existing services, and scale our systems as we rapidly grow and evolve.
- Create reusable patterns that improve the consistency of the codebase.
- Collaborate with engineering teammates through planning, pairing, testing, reviewing, and delivery.
- Work with the product team to translate powerful ideas into everyday business value.
- Write sustainable, testable, high-quality, high-performance code.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and positive attitude.
- Strong grasp of JavaScript (or TypeScript) and its nuances.
- Experience with React Native (ReactJS is a plus but not required).
- Preference for regular, incremental delivery over perfection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in fintech, wealth tech, digital banking, or brokerage platforms.
- Experience with ReactJS is a PLUS.
