About The Role
We are seeking an experienced React Native Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery
of cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React
Native architecture, native integrations, and team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers.
- Design scalable and maintainable app architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end development and deployment for Android & iOS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for smooth delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
- Manage performance, debugging, and optimization across devices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- 810 years of overall development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern React patterns.
- Deep understanding of React Native internals, bridging, and native modules.
- Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Strong grasp of state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil).
- Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, and app store deployment.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Nice To Have
- Experience in leading mobile teams and Agile environments.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
- Exposure to performance profiling, OTA updates (CodePush), and analytics tools.
- Understanding of scalable app architecture and modular design.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
