About the Role

This is a full-time freelance (contractor) position — full-time hours, engaged as an independent contractor rather than a salaried employee.

We're looking for a React Native Developer to build and maintain mobile applications for our IoT cloud Platform serving agricultural and industrial clients. You'll work on production apps that connect to LoRaWAN gateways, sensors, and real-time device data, delivering clean, performant interfaces for monitoring and control.

Compensation: 30,000–60,000/month (INR), depending on experience and skill fit.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
Develop reusable, well-structured components with Styled Components
Integrate Firebase push notifications and handle real-time data flows
Consume REST APIs from our Node.js backend and integrate IoT device data (sensors, gateways, relays)
Implement data visualization for dashboards, analytics, and charting screens
Build authentication flows, device management, and configuration interfaces
Collaborate on UI/UX bug fixes and feature work across multiple app verticals
Manage app builds, releases, and versioning for iOS and Android
Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent project structure across apps

Required Skills

2+ years building production mobile apps with React Native
Strong TypeScript proficiency
Experience with Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS styling
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation, and state management
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data
Firebase (push notifications, analytics)
Familiarity with iOS and Android build/release pipelines (App Store, Play Store)
Git and collaborative development workflows
