Job Description
Job Title: React Native Developer
Experience Required: 34 years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop mobile applications for Android & iOS using React Native.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend/API teams to define, design and ship new
features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Implement UI designs, animations, common mobile app patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code using JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Use state-management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API) and navigation
(React Navigation) in complex apps.
- Integrate with native modules / device APIs (camera, location, push notifications,
offline storage, etc.).
- Handle app deployment to App Store & Play Store, manage versions, builds,
roll-outs.
- Optimize components for performance (rendering, memory, battery, network).
- Debug and fix bugs, provide support and maintenance for released apps.
- Participate in code reviews, mentorship of junior team members.
- Keep up to date with latest mobile, React Native, and UI/UX trends and share
knowledge with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
- 34 years of professional experience developing mobile applications, at least 2 years
with React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, ES6+ features.
- Solid experience with React Native ecosystem: components, hooks, navigation,
styling, modules.
- Experience with state management (e.g. Redux, MobX) and side-effects (Redux
Saga/Thunk, etc).
- Familiarity with native modules (Android/iOS) integration, bridging if needed.
- Experience in app lifecycle, store releases (App Store / Google Play), provisioning,
signing, CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX, responsiveness, performance tuning.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs / GraphQL, fetching, caching, offline support.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), code reviews, agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and
self-motivation.
