Role Description This full-time, on-site React Native Developer role is based in Indore. The developer will build, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and related libraries. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing UI components, integrating APIs, collaborating with designers and backend engineers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring performance and reliability across devices. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions. The developer will work closely with product and QA teams to deliver features on schedule and improve user experience.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including React Native, JavaScript, and modern UI component design.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux.js for building scalable mobile applications.
• Understanding of back-end web development concepts, RESTful APIs, and integration with server-side services.
• Solid software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, version control (Git), and debugging.
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes (Android and iOS), performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and work in an on-site environment in Indore.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven or data-centric applications, and familiarity with agile methodologies, is an advantage.
