AdGrid is an early-stage, stealth-mode AdTech–FinTech company based in Gurugram, building a platform at the intersection of advertising technology and financial infrastructure. We are a small, fast-moving team hiring the people who will help shape the company from the ground up.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a React Native Developer to build and ship mobile experiences for our products. You will work with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern state-management patterns to build reliable and scalable mobile applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and ship cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Develop clean, maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Build reusable React Native components and work with hooks, navigation, and state management.

• Implement application state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or similar solutions.

• Design and integrate REST APIs using Axios, Fetch, or equivalent tools, including handling asynchronous operations and API states.

• Work with React Navigation to build smooth and scalable navigation flows.

• Debug mobile applications, identify issues, and improve application performance and reliability.

• Work with Git/GitHub as part of a collaborative development workflow.

• Understand and contribute to Android and iOS builds and deployment processes.

• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to translate requirements into functional mobile experiences.

• Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications using React Native.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native fundamentals.

• Experience with React Native CLI, React Navigation, Redux/Redux Toolkit, and REST API integration.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, mobile debugging, performance optimisation, and Android/iOS builds.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with React.js, HTML/CSS, NativeWind/Tailwind CSS, and Firebase is a plus.

• Exposure to push notifications, deep linking, and WebSockets is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Available to work full-time from our Gurugram office (on-site).
