React Native -All Levels

Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and performant UIs for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
• Diagnose, debug, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks ensuring native-like app performance.
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-tested code with automated test suites to ensure high product quality.
• Transition existing React web and native apps to React Native seamlessly.
• Leverage native APIs for deep platform integration and optimized user experience.
• Actively participate in solution design and architectural discussions as part of the Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior and mid-level team members.
• Drive best practices in mobile development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development with a strong grasp of its core principles.
• Expertise with React hooks, navigation, AsyncStorage, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax and advanced concepts.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous request handling, and offline data storage strategies.
• Experience working with mobile databases like Firebase, SQLite, or similar.
• Skilled at managing and resolving third-party dependency conflicts and debugging complex issues.
• Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Detox.
• Proficient with version control systems like Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Experience deploying native apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Unit Testing practices and test automation.
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Prior team management experience, with ability to mentor and lead development teams effectively.
• Proven experience in mobile solutioning and architecture, guiding the overall technical direction.
