Responsibilities

  • Lead development of scalable Frontend services in ReactJs
  • Architect and optimize React-based dashboards
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design
  • Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements
  • Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team

Requirements

  • 48 years of experience in software development
  • Advanced expertise in Golang and Reactdot js
  • Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD
  • Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred
  • Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration
