Primary Job Title: React Developer
Industry: IT staffing and software product development serving enterprise and consumer clients across fintech, ecommerce, SaaS, and healthtech sectors. We place and support engineering teams delivering highquality web applications for customers across India.
Location: Onsite multiple client locations across India. This role demands handson frontend development within collaborative delivery teams focused on production web applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux or equivalent) and integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixelperfect, performant components and reusable frontend libraries.
- Optimize application performance, bundle size, and rendering for fast load and smooth interactions on desktop and mobile.
- Write unit and integration tests for frontend code, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver features on aggressive delivery timelines while maintaining code quality.
Skills & Qualifications
MustHave
- Proven experience developing production web apps using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Handson TypeScript knowledge and experience applying types to large codebases.
- Practical experience with Redux or comparable state management libraries.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; familiarity with crossorigin issues and HTTP fundamentals.
- Comfortable using Git in collaborative workflows and following branching/merge practices.
Preferred
- Experience with Next.js or serverside rendering frameworks.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Exposure to GraphQL client integration or modern build tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
