Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in React-based application

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using
• React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Drive technical decisions and establish frontend development best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Development & Implementation
• Build responsive, user-centric web applications with modern UI frameworks
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and
• SEO techniques
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration

Project Management & Collaboration

• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and coordinate team execution
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of frontend development experience with 4+ years in leadership roles
